Ads Suspensions

What You Need To Know About Google

Suspensions…

There are several reasons why Google suspends accounts, and two causes could have occurred to cause this suspension.

1. You have violated or appear to have broken a Google Ads Policy or something in their terms and conditions.

2. There is something suspicious in the behavior of your account, be it billing or otherwise.

The process seems quite simple, but the reasons are endless when broken down to the policy level. For most, finding the

offense is like finding a needle in a haystack. To explain further, I have listed below the most common suspension types in no particular order concerning Google Ads. The list of items below could be the reason Google suspended your account.

  •  Malware
  •  Circumventing Systems
  •  Abusing the Ads Network
  •  Unacceptable Business Practice
  •  Misrepresentation
  •  Trademark Infringement
  •  Copyright

  •  Counterfeits Goods
  •  Suspicious Activity
  •  Dangerous products or services
  •  Enabling dishonest behavior
  •  Inappropriate content
  •  Evasive Ad Content
  •  Unfair Advantage

Although these aren't all the reasons, the ones listed are the most common. The reasons Google gives can often be too vague and can cover the account or site violations. Attempting to reinstate alone can often take time and effort.

Google is more apt to believe its system than the one that was suspended by it. We aim to determine why the system suspended you and help make it right.

When appealing, remember that there must be a valid reason for the violation and why it happened in the first place to ensure you won't appear as a repeat offender.

With a vast knowledge of how Google runs, their policy, how they think, and how the ads system scans, you will quickly get reinstated. Take the time to read Google's policies and run a clean account. Choose the safe option if you need help with what goes with and against the policies.

Appealing alone can often be frustrating because Google offers little help. Since people are looking to figure out Google's algorithm, they are strict about what information is directly given out.

Google believes it's up to figure out why you got suspended and expects you to fix it alone. Going through your site alone to locate the issue can be very time-consuming, as well as Google's support pages which can often be hard to understand for those who aren't advertising experts.

No matter the suspension, be cautious not to do anything to compound the problem. Everything done from the point of rest onward can permanently mark your account and do more harm than good for your reinstation.

We are experts with Google's policies and an excellent reinstation source. Our fees are fair, response time is fast, easy to work with, and we offer support if a suspension occurs again. The bottom line is that we have the speed, ability, and experience that make us a great choice. We know how to fix Google ads suspensions for you!

Google Suspension Client Onboarding…

Once we receive your story on the suspension, our experts can determine if we can hire you and give the assessment after analyzing your account and asking questions. If our team feels that something is wrong and you aren't giving us full disclosure, we cannot be effective at our job and have the right to decline your business. Despite not providing all the information, Google knows what you did to cause your suspension. Although they cannot help, they will find a blatant disregard of policy or an apparent attempt to get around their rules, leading to further punishment and potentially never being able to run Google Ads again. Remember Google's Three-Strike policy and that sending repeat appeals, hoping one will go through, will backfire. We will help you send a valid appeal to be 100% compliant to maximize the chances of reinstation.

With hundreds of accounts we've helped get reinstated, our team will work hard to guide you through the process and resolve the issue. Google needs to know why its policy was violated or why you believe the system has made an error. Once we know why you got banned, we will help you build a strong case for the highest chance of getting reinstated.

Who we work with?

It’s simple… companies who want to promote their service or goods on Google, and the people who advertise for them. We currently have a few agencies that we work with for their client suspensions. We work with Affiliates, we aren’t afraid. Google just has a different set of rules for you guys. Give us a call. Business owners, give us a call. Marketing departments, internal ads management or agencies, give us a call. It takes only a few minutes and then you can decide if we are who you were looking for.

Our Fees…

We are far less expensive than most at $1500 for Ads account and Merchant Center suspensions. Larger sites carry a larger fee as there is much more data to scan than normal. For billing or suspicious activity in your payments, our fee is $500 but that could change if we find multiple accounts and depending on how many you set up after the suspension.

We understand that times are tough so We may work with you if you need to split payments, just ask.

What To Look Out For…

People charging too much, people charging too little and people who are out of the country. Ask questions, please, ask questions.
